01Are you a factory or a sourcing service?

This is an independent sourcing desk focused on footwear. We do not represent the website as an owned factory. The supplier, selling entity and scope of service are confirmed in a written quotation before any order.

02What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum quantities depend on the supplier, construction, colors, size breakdown and level of customization. Tell us your target quantity; feasibility and the actual minimum will be confirmed in your quotation.

03Can I add my own logo and packaging?

Include your artwork, placement ideas and packaging brief in your inquiry. Logo application, tooling and packaging options need supplier confirmation. You must have the right to use the designs and trademarks you provide.

04Can I order a sample first?

Ask for a sample in your inquiry. Sample fees, shipping cost, availability and lead time are quoted separately. Approve a physical sample and a written specification before committing to bulk production.
